Return Policy

At let's be pets!, we use the term "golden rule" because it is our policy to treat our customers like we want to be treated! For returns, that means we decided to offer a more liberal return policy than most other pet supply retailers. Most other retailers will not allow you to return most of the kinds of items that we sell. At let's be pets!, we will allow you to return an item and we will give you full store credit for the purchase price of your item(s) if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Credit for shipping will not be provided unless the product is defective or we incorrectly filled your order. In those cases, we will also pay for return shipping.

If you need to return an item, just contact us within 14 calendar days of your receipt
of the item(s) and we will process your return.
